This is a workout in which a person works with his own weight against the force of gravity. This type of exercising improves your motoric functions, strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination, balance and agility. In this type of training you use simple moves such as pushes, pulls, squats, bends and rotations. CROSSFIT training roughly consists of torso bending, squatting, push-ups, press-ups and pull-ups. Most exercises are done with your own weight, but for extra burden or for a challenge we use elastic ropes, medicine balls or TRX suspension training.
